- Back up your photos and data if the phone still lets you. Twin Wireless cannot guarantee that data is preserved during diagnosis or repair.
- Remove your SIM card and any memory card unless we ask to test with them.
- We may ask you to unlock the phone so the touch and display can be tested, so have your passcode ready. We work only on your own phone, with your authorization.
- Bring the charger only if the phone also has a charging problem.
- If the glass is chipping, handle the phone carefully to avoid cuts.
Limits and policy
