Who we are
Twin Wireless is an independent device repair shop in Shreveport, Louisiana, owned and operated by Murad. The business is the trade name of Twins Wireless Cell City Inc and has operated from 2328 Line Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104 since 2021.
Everything happens at that one storefront. There is no second branch, no dispatch fleet, and no overseas support queue โ you bring the device to Line Avenue, a technician on site inspects it, and you get the price before any authorized work begins.
What we do
The shop covers four repair categories and a set of wireless services:
- Phone repair โ cracked screens, back glass, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, water damage, and network or Wi-Fi faults on supported iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, among others.
- Tablet repair โ iPad and Android tablet screens, batteries and charging faults.
- Computer and laptop repair โ screen and keyboard replacement, battery and charging issues, diagnostics, virus removal and upgrades.
- Game console repair โ HDMI ports, overheating, controllers and related faults.
- Prepaid wireless โ activations, SIM and eSIM assistance, number transfers, device setup and bill payment.
How we work
We identify the exact model, inspect the device's condition, explain what repair is available, and confirm pricing before starting authorized work. Many common repairs can be completed the same day, though timing depends on the model, the diagnosis, the device's condition, and part availability.
Repairs carry a 30-day limited warranty that covers only the specific part repaired or replaced, subject to the posted Repair Terms. When a requested repair cannot be completed there is normally no repair charge, although a disclosed and approved diagnostic, shipping, special-order or nonreturnable-parts charge may still apply.

Area served
Customers come to the Line Avenue shop primarily from Shreveport and Bossier City, and from the surrounding Caddo and Bossier parish communities. All work is performed at the shop; we do not offer on-site or mobile repair.
