Please review these terms before approving a diagnosis, repair, or parts order. The repair receipt identifies the device, authorized work, price, and covered part.
βTwin Wirelessβ is a trade name of Twins Wireless Cell City Inc, the company that operates the Line Ave shop and this website, located at 2328 Line Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104. Twins Wireless Cell City Inc is the contracting party under this policy and the entity responsible for the obligations described below.
Diagnosis & Authorization
The customer authorizes Twin Wireless to inspect, power on, test, disassemble when reasonably necessary, and diagnose the submitted device for the requested service.
Quotes are based on the information and condition available before work begins. Hidden damage or additional problems may be discovered during diagnosis or disassembly. Twin Wireless will request additional approval before exceeding the authorized amount unless otherwise permitted by law.
If a Repair Cannot Be Completed
There is normally no repair charge when the requested repair cannot be completed. The customer remains responsible for any diagnostic fee, special-order fee, shipping charge, nonreturnable part, or other charge that was disclosed and approved before the work or order began.
Cancellation & Payment
Once repair work begins or parts are ordered, the repair may not be canceled without payment for authorized labor already performed and for installed, special-order, nonreturnable, or nonrefundable parts.
Payment is due when the repair is completed or when otherwise stated on the repair receipt.
Thirty-Day Limited Warranty
Repairs include a thirty-day limited warranty covering only the specific part repaired or replaced by Twin Wireless. The warranty begins when the repaired device is returned to the customer.
Twin Wireless may inspect and test the device before approving warranty service. If the reported issue is unrelated to the original repair or was caused by new damage, additional charges may apply.
The warranty does not cover
- Physical damage, liquid damage, drops, impacts, bending, pressure, or misuse.
- Cracked glass; broken LCD or OLED; green lines; black spots; or screen bleeding.
- Damage caused by another repair provider, unauthorized repair, or customer modification.
- Software problems, viruses, updates, account locks, forgotten passwords, or carrier restrictions.
- Parts, systems, or device problems that Twin Wireless did not repair or replace.
- Any new, unrelated, or customer-caused device problem.
Device Condition & Responsibility
Twin Wireless is responsible for the part and service listed on the repair receipt. Twin Wireless is not responsible for unrelated defects, preexisting damage, or problems unrelated to the work performed.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that Twin Wireless cannot legally exclude.
Data, SIM Cards & Memory Cards
Customers must back up important information before submitting a device. Twin Wireless cannot guarantee that data, applications, photographs, messages, contacts, settings, or other information will be preserved during diagnosis or repair.
Customers should remove SIM cards and memory cards unless Twin Wireless specifically needs them for an authorized test.
Unclaimed & Unpaid Devices
Customers should pick up completed or unrepaired devices within thirty (30) days after notification. A device does not automatically become Twin Wireless property merely because thirty days have passed.
Twin Wireless may retain an unpaid repaired device and exercise repair-lien, notice, storage, sale, or disposition rights available under Louisiana law. Any sale or disposition will occur only after legally required waiting periods and notices are completed.
Agreement
Approving a repair estimate, signing a receipt, leaving a device after these terms are made available, or accepting the terms online confirms authorization and agreement to the applicable repair terms.
